Check peak-hour performance when you normally use it

Peak-hour slowdowns can come from your local network, the cross-border connection, or the destination site. QiuVPN offers IEPL private lines, relay routes, and direct routes so you can compare options for different needs. Start with the same region and check page loading and uninterrupted playback, then choose your regular route. When switching, change only the route—not your device and network at the same time. Keep an alternative route in case one does not suit your needs. Route type is one factor to consider, not a guarantee of smooth performance at all times.

Choose a subscription that fits your everyday use

QiuVPN brings routes, data, and device access together in one service: choose a region for your use case, then pick a monthly plan or data package based on your actual usage. Keep a backup route for regular use and manage your client and subscription from the panel. You don't need to start with unfamiliar technical terms. Test familiar sites, videos, and work tools first, then decide how you want to use the service long term.

For your first time, follow the getting started guide to create an account, choose a plan, import your subscription, and verify the connection. If pages won't load, the app disconnects in the background, or your subscription won't update, follow the symptoms in troubleshooting step by step. This gives you a clear diagnostic process and makes it easier to describe the issue if you need help.

Regions and route types

Global routes, filtered by use case

QiuVPN covers 110+ countries with 150+ routes. The examples below show how regions, cities, and route types differ. See the panel for the full list and current availability. The table does not mean every region can access every content library, and route type alone does not guarantee a particular connection experience.

Popular routes at a glance: choose a region, then compare route types
Country / regionCity / areaRoute typeStreaming notes
Hong KongHong KongDirectCheck against the destination platform's regional rules
United StatesLos AngelesRelayFor US content libraries; actual playback may vary
SingaporeSingaporeIEPL private lineCheck against the destination platform's regional rules

Region determines the access location; route type helps compare connection paths

For region-specific content, choose the region where it's available instead of picking the geographically closest route. For documents, email, or international sites, you can usually start with a nearby region and compare page loading and connection stability. For AI tools, check service region requirements first and keep the exit region consistent while signed in.

IEPL private lines, relay routes, and direct routes describe different ways of organizing a connection path. The name alone cannot predict how every app will perform. Relay routes use an intermediate node; direct routes connect in the direct-access direction; IEPL private lines are a dedicated-route option. Actual performance also depends on your local network, destination service, and time of use. Compare using the same device and destination page for more useful results.

Route status reference

The status panel is for route selection reference only. It does not guarantee how destination sites will load or videos will play. Test routes in your client to see which suits your usual needs.

Monthly plans and data packages

Choose a plan based on your actual usage

Monthly plans suit regular use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packages suit occasional use or flexible access needs: data lasts until it's used and never expires. Consider your browsing, streaming, and download habits before choosing a data tier; don't increase your budget just because one plan includes more total data.

¥9.9 / month

Best for web browsing, research, and text-based AI tools, with regular checks on remaining data.

  • 60GB included per month
  • Resets monthly on the activation date

Choose a monthly plan for regular use, a data package for occasional use

Data use varies widely between text browsing and video streaming. Even with similar usage times, HD video, cloud syncing, and file downloads can use far more data than text-based browsing. So don't convert plan capacity into a fixed number of streaming hours or days of use. Instead, track actual usage in the panel and choose based on your regular activities.

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days; check the adjusted amount in the panel before proceeding. If your usage changes, use your remaining data and upcoming needs to decide whether to upgrade. Don't treat an occasional large download as your typical long-term usage.

Data packages: use until depleted, never expire

  • ¥158 / 300GB
  • ¥358 / 1000GB
  • ¥658 / 3000GB

Compare data packages if you only browse occasionally, use the service while traveling, or don't want to plan access month by month. Never-expiring refers to the package's validity period, not unlimited data; check actual usage in the panel.
